As part of the ongoing public awareness initiatives of Dakshin Dinajpur District Police, two awareness programmes were conducted successfully. At Angina Boroit High School under Kumarganj Police Station, an awareness programme on Women Safety, Child Rights, Anti-Human Trafficking, Child Marriage, and the POCSO Act was conducted. Around 250 students participated. Awareness pamphlets on Child Marriage, the POCSO Act, Women Safety, and other related topics were distributed among the participants. Simultaneously, a Cyber Crime Awareness Programme was conducted at Banshihari Balika Vidyalaya. Around 200 students, along with the teaching and non-teaching staff, participated.
